I love how the thief asked Jesus to remember him, after sinning his whole life, not knowing Jesus. And Jesus simply says, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise.”
Think about that for a moment. While Jesus was hanging on that cross, in complete suffering and pain. He thought about all of us. He remembered all of us. And we will see HIM in paradise one day. That’s beautiful.
